Decadent Events came into being out of the split of dj NoN from Damned Events. Damned Events was started by dj Carrion in 1997. Damned Events was joined by dj NoN in 1999. Their goal was to feature local and touring bands to help foster growth and awareness of Gothic and Industrial music in the Northwest. This was accomplished after a lot of hard work, promotion and cooperation of many in the local scene, djs and promoters from within the U.S. and around the world. Eventually Damned Events began to work with and books some of the top djs and bands in Gothic / Industrial music while also providing promotion and support for local touring and non touring bands. Since 1999 Damned Events had produced and promoted over 200 events to its credit. Decadent Events moves forward in Gothic/ Industrial promotions in dj events, concerts and fundraisers. Dj NoN brings his over 19 years of experience as a dj, promoter, rodie, sound and lighting designer for many touring bands to its direction.
